I hiked the Incinerator Ridge Trail. It was 2.9 miles round trip with about 774 feet of elevation gain. It took 48 minutes to reach the top of Barnum Rock. After taking photographs I headed to Leopold point which took about another hour.

Lizard Rock - Santa Catalina Mountains
I did the short hike up Lizard Rock in the Santa Catalina Mountains. There is no trail, and the hike is about a half mile round trip. It's a steep but easy scramble to the top. The trail starts at 6,981 feet and reaches 7,267 feet at the summit.

Maricopa Peak - South Mountain Park and Preserve
At 10:25am, I began hiking up Maricopa Peak at South Mountain Park and Preserve. The peak is located on the Ma Ha Tauk Ridge. I got a late start and it was already getting hot. My hike was 6.5 miles round trip, and took me 3 hours and 50 minutes. The elevation gain was 1,450 feet. It was 96 degrees when I returned to my car.
First it took me 44 minutes to reach the Ma Ha Tauk Ridge in 1.5 miles. Then it was another 1.5 miles, and 44 minutes to the social trail going up to the peak. Then it was a 15 minute hike to the summit. Total hike time to the summit was 1 hour and 48 minutes. Then it took me 1 hour and 24 minutes to get back to the trailhead.

UN 7281 "Guthrie Mountain" - Santa Catalina Mountains
I started hiking at 8:58am on the Upper Green Mountain Trail up to UN 7281 "Guthrie Mountain". It was 6.1 miles round trip to the summit with about 1,750 feet of elevation gain. First it took me 1 hour and 28 minutes to reach the junction of the Guthrie Mountain Spur Trail in 2.1 miles. Then it was 0.8 miles to the summit. Total time from the trailhead was 2 hours and 19 minutes. Total round trip hike time was 4 hours and 40 minutes. The summit is at 7,281 feet.
Guthrie Mountain inhabits the middle zone of Mount Lemmon. Its sandy slopes are covered in scrub oak, alligator juniper, and ponderosa pine.
